Our lawyers are encouraged to take a practical view of matters and to look for solutions rather than pose problems. We always try to avoid running up legal costs unnecessarily.  We recognise that the problems of business do not always fall into neat little boxes and that an imaginative approach is what is required. Quality assured

To achieve the level of service which businesses require, we have a quality assurance system complying with international quality standard ISO 9001. The firm carries out regular internal audits of its activities. Twice a year there is an inspection by assessors appointed by the British Standards Institution who are the firm's accreditation body. This demonstrates our commitment to quality. Young&Pearce were the first Nottingham firm to achieve this standard.
